Typical, despicable, low end establishment, only there to take advantage of you. Crooks to the very end… let my 85 year old in laws walk out with a car worth less than $2000 blue book for about $8,000, all because the first car they sold them made it 20 miles and the transmission blew, so in their desperation for a quick solution they were given an even worse vehicle… convinced them they were giving them a “deal” by “matching” the price of the vehicle that broke down knowing fully that it was worth HALF that value and had TWICE as many miles on it

I recently purchased a 2003 Camry from this dedealership, it looked great inside and out. I had the car two weeks and it blew a head gasket. My mechanic said stop leak had messed up the radiator, water pump and thermostat on top of the head gasket. $2300 repair for an already $8500 dollar car. Triple p offered to fix it, would you trust them? I sure as hell didn't. That being said do not purchase a car from this dedealership unless you take it to a mechanic first. Buyer beware. I failed to mention they also installed a GPS tracking device and they keep the second set of keys and remote until payoff.

I'm posting to tell of my experience with Triple P Auto Sales. From the first call, to the signing of paperwork, I was treated very decently and all of my questions were answered. The office ladies, Ms. Jerry and Ms. Emily, were polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. The salesman, Mr. Paul, was a very nice man. He helped with paperwork, told me about the vehicle, explained about payments, insurance, etc., and was very patient with my questions. The vehicle I picked had some slight damage to front bumper and passenger side, but otherwise was clean and seemed to run smoothly on the test drive. The entire process, from the first contact to driving off the lot with my car, only took about 3 hours. They take care of all the tax, title, inspection, registration, and even filled the gas tank and threw in a free oil change too! I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I cannot say a lot about the performance of the vehicle as of yet, since I have only drove it home. But, I am hoping my minivan performs as efficiently and professionally as the staff at Triple P Auto. I know that I was in desperate need of transportation and they did their best to help me. I would refer other people to this business.

Financed me a Tahoe for $3,000 down, that had been “fixed” before financing, made it a month before the Tahoe broke down, same thing that was “fixed” before purchased. Rollers were reused junk, flattened the cam out, $1,300 to fix. Only way they’d work with me is by trading it back in with another down payment to go towards another vehicle. The next best thing they had on their lot was a 2000 old body yukon. Because I needed something big that could pull a trailer. Front end was trash, transfer case was trash. Breaks and booster were trash. Only good thing about it was the body. Truck broke down every month afterwards until I just couldn’t afford to fix it anymore. And they wouldn’t work with me. Over 5k invested with down payment and parts. Do not recommend unless you bring a mechanic to thoroughly check the vehicle. Salesman is like any other, they’ll sell you what you want to hear.

Triple P Auto is the way to go if your looking for a dependable nice looking ride. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They are top of the line and are honest and bring a whole different meaning when buying a vehicle from them. I love these guys and am so thankful for their integrity! Buy here, get stranded here. My starter went out four days after I bought the car, was told don’t worry, we take care of our customers. After four days of waiting for an answer on what was going to take place. I was told by Paul, that Todd changed the policy. Apparently, the new policy as we don’t care about our customers.The only reason I get one star, it’s because I cannot give them zero.
