We are going through a very difficult time with our family And we've had many extra expenses especially with the holidays approaching. We were prepared to pay to have a locksmith come out to change our locks but this man was so nice and explained to me how to do it myself which will inevitably save us much money. I have an old 1920s Birmingham home. Rick, locksmith came out and gave me a fair bid. Then he worked me into his schedule later that day when a client cancelled.. All my locks can now be opened with one key, but he went beyond making the keys. Those old doors were adjusted so they opened and closed so smoothly. In my 32 years in this home the doors old and the remodeled new ones never worked so well! Rick was efficient, professional and an interesting person. He deserves a raise!! I definitely would use Harbison Lock & key. All of your personnel were friendly, helpful, and returned my call as promised.

I recently needed two locks rekeyed and visited this locksmith. When I arrived, the sales associate was assisting another customer, offering helpful suggestions and solutions. That positive interaction made me feel confident I was in good hands.
