Very very very unprofessional whoever the lady is at the front desk needs to be fired immediately. I called about getting a key made for my 2009 Nissan Maxima and she asked me where I located I told her Jackson al and her response was oh we don’t come that far that’s a 3 hour drive and hung up before I could say anything. First thing first Jackson al is not a 3 hour job and just because I said I’m located in Jackson didn’t mean the car was in Jackson the car itself is in mobile. I called back to let her know that and all she did was answer the phone and held it without saying a word and remind u she did it 4 times.

I locked my keys in my truck so I gave this company a call.I gave them my address and they told me it would be 45 minutes.I waited an hour and decided to call.When i got him on the phone I asked if he was still on the way.He replied with "No you never told me the address yet I clearly told him if he was able to give me an estimated time and tell me what roads it was close to.
