I first heard of this place when an acquaintance of the family had an issue with her remote on her car she had everything good to say about the experience and the kind service. Based on that experience , my mom decided to use them for a new key to her car, nothing better than a good review from Her as she told me what a good experience it was. So it comes down to my experience getting the door code for my recently acquired truck. Quick and easy! Highly recommend this company for automotive issues

AMAZING service , Nate came to my home within an hour of calling just in time for me to pick my child up at school! Very professional service and I had amazing customer service gave me a price quote immediately that was unbeatable ! Dealerships quote was close to $700, other lock smiths in Pell city quoted me at $100 more than what they charged me , not to mention they got my job done in 20ish minutes which is super fast ! I would recommend this company to family , friends , anyone ! Thank you SO MUCH Stevens and sons now my Honda Civic is back on the road !!!! 🙂

This not the place to go to if you like great customer service. The staff is rude and when you leave a message your call will not be returned. I used the home services where they came to my home and charged a whooping $600 only to discover the key fob is bad and the gentleman that programmed my keys broke my dash. Now I am out of $600 with bad keys and a broke dash. Horrible service ! No customer value !

Same day service. They made my key the same day. My locksmith was Nate and he was super nice and gave me upfront pricing prior to doing the work. He also called me 30 mins before he was on the way out. Would highly recommend them

They promise to call back or return to your house to replace the locks, etc, but they never do. They have left us hanging three times. If customer service is your thing, this is NOT the place to use. We do NOT recommend.

I lost the ignition key to my truck while it was parked on pit road inside the speedway. The technician arrived in about 35 minutes and shortly thereafter I had a new key for my truck. Very highly recommended!

Got this key made and programmed about a year ago now. The lock/unlock buttons and the alarm works when it wants. They obviously didn’t program it correctly or it would work everytime you press a button. 350$ later and it couldn’t even last a year. Call them they tell me they can’t fix it i would have to buy a whole new one. Take your time and money someplace else!!! N&W LOCK is the way to go!!! 60$ later they fixed it and it’s working properly now!!!
