Update: I went to pick up my ceramics two weeks later, but they lost one of them. They said they would find it and call me, but they never did. ?

Awesome experience! There was a nice variety of ceramics to choose from, making it easy to find something perfect to paint. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. The overall environment was calming and peaceful making it a perfect place to relax and get creative. Highly recommend!

Fun event, but poor system for a business.

This place should close for a few days to catch up on customers' orders. They should follow a "First In, First Out" system, not just take whatever fits in for a furnace run.

11/22/24: I visited with my son for my birthday and had four projects painted (spent a little over $100).

12/18/24: I didn’t receive any calls, so I went to check on them. One was broken, one was finished, one was uncooked, and one was missing (they found it after I insisted they go look for it). I received a refund for the broken item and took the finished piece home. They said the others should be ready in another 1-2 weeks.

1/8/25: Still no phone call, so I went to check again. One piece was done, and one was missing (they found it after I told them I would find it myself if they couldn't). The item was still uncooked. They assured me they would call when it is finished.

I will never return. If I hadn’t gone to check myself, I still wouldn’t have known when (or if) they would contact me.

Update: 1/13/25
I received a text (on 1/12) saying my item was ready for pickup. I checked the hours on Google and went to pick it up. When I arrived at 6 PM on Monday night(1/13), I saw a sign saying they were closed. There were two staff members inside, but they wouldn’t come to the door. I had to call them, and they told me I’d have to come back another time to get my item.

I LOVE this place. Each time I go; I do even better. My mom did the bank, I did the light. Each time I learn more helpful tips for the next to be better. I am STOKED to finish the one I am working on & start the other one I purchased.

OUR PLATE AND BOWL SAGA:

Nov 16: Went to paint, paid for our pieces, and told it would be 2-3 weeks before it was fired in the kiln and ready for pickup. The individuals sorting the paint were friendly. However, we took a little longer than others and one of the employees stated 'they've been here forever' under his breathe as my husband was finishing. We understood 1.5 hours may be a bit much so brushed it off.

Dec 4: Called twice, no answer.

Dec 7: Called around noon, gave the receiver my last name. She said it was ready for pickup. Drove over. Spent 30 min waiting to be told one item was in the kiln and it should be ready soon.

Dec 12: Husband stops by on his way home to pick up the items. Was told they couldn't find them. He says he will come back.

Dec 18: Husband stops by again for items and ends up meeting owner. She tries to find them. After over an hour, she takes his number and says she will let us know once she has found it. 3 hours after he leaves, the owner texts me photos asking if it is ours. IT IS! YAY! She then states the bowl has not been glazed and put in the kiln.

Dec 21: Was able to pick up items. Owner truly is an amazing person for fixing this issue. She does employee younger individuals who unfortunately don't seem to care as much as they should.
Overall, we will never do this again... and we were really hoping to bring the kids and family out to do this as well. Additionally, I'm including my paper that states an item was found on the 30th. Literally 3 weeks before we received them, they were lost. Go, if you don't care about fighting to receive your final item.

Not sure why all these bad reviews are here my experience was great. I had read through them and was a little skeptical about going but went anyway. We went August 28th. When we got there, there was only one person working so of course i gave them time to finish what they were working on and get to me. Once they got to us they let us know to pick what we want and then gave us our paint. We finished up and were told 2-3 week wait due to high volume in customers. I was fine with that. I received a text that it was ready September 11th exactly two weeks from when we painted them that they were finished. Picked them up the next day no problem! I will definitely be back, just wanted to leave this good review since I’m seeing so many negative ones!

Painted a plate during a group event earlier last month and was told they would contact me in two weeks to pick up my item. They never did. I called them after 2 weeks and a few days and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then got back on the phone and said it was “probably there somewhere”. My husband swung by to pick it up for me and the staff couldn’t find my name in the system, seemed confused, walked back and forth from the back, and weren’t communicating with him what was going on. Clearly unorganized unfortunately.
My husband walked over to a pile the employee had glanced at and found my plate - this was after 15 minutes. My plate had some odd marks and the plate was kind of bent/wobbly. I don’t remember it being wobbly on the table but maybe it was.
There were some friendly staff at the location when we painted but the lack of organization, communication, and such does not make me want to go back or recommend this spot unfortunately:/

Hours are wrong on Google.
Staff was alright, helpful in getting us set up with our pieces and paint.
I think the AC was out because it was warm in there.
Only 2-3 tables were open as many of the back tables had customer’s pieces on them.
2-3 week wait time on pieces which is wild since most pottery places I’ve visited have a 1 week wait time.

Had a great time painting the pottery pieces. All of the workers were very helpful and nice besides the one running the show. She had glasses, tattoos, and reddish hair. She was rude to other employees. Rude to customers on the phone. And rude to me for asking a question about how they kept up with our pieces. She stared at me blankly and was little to no help answering my question. It was clear she does not know how to be good at customer service. Note to owner: fire her.
