THE WORST! I have never been treated so disgustingly by the owner of a business in my life. I took my car to them back in February 2024. I believe I was dealing with Brad and he sat down with me and took the time to figure out the options I had for my car after a hay bale came off someone’s trailer on the interstate and hit my car. Whoever I dealt with this day was a very pleasant guy. After a little while of having my car back, the guys who change my oil showed me that where they replaced my wheel well and dust covers, they used zip ties to hold it in place instead of whatever the correct pieces were supposed to go there. I didn’t say anything to the business this time (I should’ve said something, I know that now) and a little while after that, the zip ties ripped out when I drove through a little puddle. I could see where the zip ties ripped out, so I just fixed it myself with more zip ties instead of going back because it had been a good six months at this point. (Again, I realize I should’ve said something). At the beginning of December 2024, I was on the interstate when the dust covers that they put on my car flew out and yanked my front bumper down with them, leaving my front bumper cracked. This caused me to nearly wreck my car because it made me swerve all over the road, and shredded the pieces of my car that were being dragged down the interstate. We then took it back to the shop where my dad was told that there were clips where there were supposed to be bolts (from them fixing it last time), but then said that they didn’t do that and that someone had to have taken the bolts out and put clips in their place. I hadn’t taken my car anywhere but here for the work done to my car. They said that was why the pieces of my car came off. I didn’t want to argue, so I paid to have it fixed again. Less than a month later the same thing happens with the dust covers, but also pulled my wheel well under my tire causing it to shred as well. Obviously, I’m going to be pretty frustrated that I’ve spent a crazy amount of money at this place. I called every time before coming to let them know what was going on and that I would be coming back to let them look at it. On January 8th I came in to get it looked at and told the receptionist what was wrong and that I’d really like to not pay for it to be fixed again since the problems were not from me, but from it not being done correctly. She told me she was going to get the owner to let him talk to me, which I was perfectly fine with so that we could come to an understanding about why my car kept breaking in the same spot and talk about what was going wrong. I was never given the opportunity to speak to anyone that was actually going to work on my car because as soon as the door opened, Payton Price (the owner of this location I think?) started yelling and cussing at me about how he can’t stand that someone would come into his business and tell him that he was fixing something wrong, told me that I needed to leave and was not welcome back, told me that he is not liable for any of the work done to my car, and when I got my phone out to record how he was treating me, he stopped cussing and yelling, and slammed the door. Again, not giving me any opportunity to talk about why my car wasn’t being fixed the right way and decided to yell at me and slam the door instead of just talking to me about what was going on with my car. Everyone makes mistakes and has a bad day, but if that’s how you handle being a business owner, you shouldn’t even be allowed to have one. I am in college and work and do not have time to worry about whether I’ll be able to make it from point A to point B. I encourage anyone who has taken the time to read this lengthy review to never take their car here and to find somewhere that will treat you the way you should be treated. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and always want to give someone the benefit of the doubt, but after this I can’t defend anyone’s character or ability to do their job. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at this level of unprofessionalism.

They were very nice and professional when I stop by initially (to get a quote on some body work I needed done on my Roush mustang - a few thousand dollars worth we're talking), but sadly, I never ended up hearing anything back from them and had no choice but to go with someone else to address my repairs. ‍♂️

While the car looks amazing, I am highly disappointed as I picked my car up and the battery was dead due to leaving lights on during the repair . We are now responsible for purchasing a new battery when we have had zero issues with this car until now. They were highly recommended to me, but this is not how I expected the service to be.

Price Paint & Body received a quote and partial payment from AllState and started working on my vehicle. After keeping my vehicle for a month, Price decided they want to argue the labor rates after they worked on my car. If a company accepts the quote and starts working on a vehicle, then they accept the amount the insurance is offering and if they don't want to accept the insurance labor rates, then don't start work on the vehicle.

Be careful of this bait and switch tactic or outright scamming of customers.

Again.. if you receive an estimate from the Insurance company and disagree with the labor rates, you don't start work on the vehicle. If you start work on the vehicle, then you have agreed to their rates.

Called said car was ready it was not! Not correctly anyway! Supposed to take ot back for a 3rd time and they told me to go elsewhere to fix their mistakes. Joe Hudsons had to fix the different color paint, Overspray, trash in the paint, paint on the black weather stripping around the windows and a run in the paint. I guess for dumb and blind customers they do great work. If I could give zero stars I would have!

I went in for a quote and was asked to spell my email address several times so it could be sent to me. I was kind of frustrated after spelling it several times. I waited a week and never got a quote. When I called they verified that they spelled my email address wrong (?). They said they would send me a quote to the proper email address immediately. Two days later and no quote.

Payton was very friendly and helpful. We had a repair done to one of our vehicles here and they did a wonderful job. Fair prices, great customer service, quality work done quickly! I would highly recommend them!
