So cars only got 4000 miles on it Got tboned brought it here they had the car for 3 months said it was done we get there taillight is full of moisture , doors still aren’t lined up , illuminated door sill that says sportage still doesn’t turn on and wasn’t in place , door still had scratches on the bottom , rim was still curbed . So we left it there for another 2-3 weeks and get it back taillight is fixed, scratches are out of the door and the wheel is fixed that’s it .. Nothing lines up still , vents are full of sanding dust and buffing dust/powder smells horrible , car pulls to the right and vibrates/shakes at 70-85mph whole front skid plate is bent/scratched under the car, the b pillar is still pushed in , illuminated door sill still doesn’t turn on and work trim pieces aren’t glued/ fixed to where there supposed to be. Just a headache . Other guys insurance is paying for it but the fact a collision center that’s been around for awhile can’t fix cars that have been in a wreck is wild ‍♂️

Cahaba Collision did a FANTASTIC job repairing my truck! They made the entire process as easy as possible. They gave me an estimate that they hit nearly perfectly and came in a day ahead of schedule on finishing it.

I worked with Brent and he took care of everything and made the entire process seamless and it made a very bad day a little easier knowing that he was going to make sure I was taken care of! Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous and they were great about communicating the status of everything.

The repairs were superb and you would never know there was any damage at all. It looks as good as new! They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was back to factory original condition.

Took a month to do a $2034 repair. Communication was horrible. The head light assembly that they replaced had moisture in it. Took 2 trips to get it fixed/replaced. 1 trip for them to look at it, 1 trip to replace it. They would not let me take a picture of it and send it to them. First thing they did when I got there was take a picture of it.
Never again.

I will never use anyone else for body repairs as long as I live in the state of Alabama.

Aside from the bodywork being flawless, everyone that works in the front office is so nice and helpful. Lynn was a joy to work with in particular. They kept me in the loop on any changes that were made and made the entire process with the insurance companies painless.

Also, the rental program with Long Lewis is very very very convenient. Drop your car off at Cahaba Collision and walk up front to the dealership to get your rental. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was there for MAYBE 20 minutes before I was on the road.

10/10 experience, I will be highly recommending to everyone.
