Had to get a tow after hitting a deer on the interstate exactly one mile away from Scotts. Cost $200 for the one mile tow and then they charged me for 3 days of storage when I picked up my vehicle within 48 hours. They will nickel and dime you for anything they can.

Was on my way to UAB to see my husband who is undergoing chemo. I was over 2 hours away and the motor just shut off. I was on I65 which everyone knows is loaded with trucks. Was absolutely terrified as my insurance company told me they could send someone to tow the truck but they could not give me a ride due to covid. So I ended up calling Scott's Auto Repair on my own. Leigh was there in 15 minutes. A guardian angel, not only did he get me off the road, he gave me a ride and fixed my truck so I could be with my husband. Can never thank the team there enough they were wonderful.

Our family Expedition broke down on the side of I-65 and I called Scott's. They were there within 15 minutes and had our truck diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in another 30 minutes. (There was a problem with an O-ring on one of the fuel injectors). The guys there were knowledgeable and truly cared about our situation. And to top it all off, they didn't charge "broke-down out-of-town" prices.

If they weren't so far away, I would probably drive there for other repairs.

This is one of the best auto repair shops out there! My car broke down in front of his shop, and I'm 3 hours away from home. He was able to fix it quick, and he never over charged me. These people are the best and if I didn't live 3 hours away, I would go to him for any problem with my car. Thank you guys!

Most AMAZING, people you will ever meet, Im from Ga, I was on my way to my Dad's house in mobile, my transmission went out in my truck, had to call insurance they called a local repair shop let them know what was going on with my truck, I also called my daddy to let him know as well I'm and hour and half from my Dad's. Mr Scott told my insurance to have it towed to his shop and would get to immediately wasn't a problem, now mind you I'm a female broke down side of road, on my way to my daddys house due to illness, done been on the road for almost 6hrs, I was totally scared to death, tow truck came and off we go to Scott's repair shop in Georgiana exit 114 on 65. We get there, they were at lunch, tow guy dropped my truck and left, I was there by my self extremely hot that day, waited bout 10mins my daddy pulls in along with Mr Scott, I introduced myself, told him what it was doing he checked it out, said not sounding too good you need a transmission my head just drops, thinking ok I'm out of town and this man doesn't know me and probably gonna take me thru the mill, well it was just the opposite, he said let me check around and see what I can find I will call you later on, me thinking the next day, nope that evening he called he can have it the next day, told me the amount with labor, I'm thinking oh my goodness, how am I gonna pay this, I asked could I make installments without a second thought he said sure. I will have to keep your truck till paid off, totally understandable, plus gave me extra time with my dad whom is not well so every moment with him is precious, needless to say I will use them again and will refer any and everyone to them. My truck sat there 3 and half weeks, till it was paid, I picked it up drove back to my dad's house, it's driving great, smooth not a lick of problems, when I got to my dad's Mr Scott calls to check to see how it was and if there was any problems with it, also to check on my Daddy. Great customer service couldn't have asked or picked a better repair shop. Thank you so much!!!! Traveling home from Gulf Shores with 300 plus miles left to go and car troubles occurred. It was almost closing time, he ordered the part from 15 miles away, repaired our vehicle and he could have price gouged, or took advantage of us but he didn't. I certainly hope the locals realize what a great person he is! GOD BLESS YOU!

My 19 yr old daughter and her friends were travelling I-65 when they noticed a noise under her car. Stopped at a gas station off the interstate and couldn't describe the issue to me so we found this place was close by. They were in and out in about 10 minutes with a quick diagnosis and fix. Didn't even charge her. Nice to know there are people like this out there when your loved ones are on the road without you. Thank you.
