The price they quoted was very reasonable, and their attention to detail was excellent. Special shout-out to Donnie, who went above and beyond by driving 40 miles to Jasper to pick up the exact water heater I wanted when no one else had it in stock.

I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Joe was an excellent choice for the job! I had received a prior quote that was over $2000. They recommended changing out the entire faucet set, but Joe was able to fix the leak quick by replacing just the valve stems. He was kind to my children and not bothered by them following him around-which I tried to stop! He was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Highly recommend.

The service I’ve received from Iron Mountain Drains & Plumbing has been wonderful! The nice women in the office got me scheduled right away, she was very empathetic when I explained my situation and received an immediate text confirmation.
Donnie does an amazing job! He’s been out to my home a few times to repair water leaks. This time he identified another leak in my garage just under the concrete slab and once that was repaired he determined there was more going on. He informed me of the situation and went above and beyond to find the second waterline leak outside underground near the main sewer. I was kept informed the entire time, updated on pricing and he made sure I was comfortable with steps he was taking to resolve my situation.
I am very grateful for his hard work and dedication to provide great customer service!

Used Iron Mountain for what I thought might be a leak I had in my upstairs bathroom toilet. I pointed out to the technician that the leak is not just originating from the toilet but may also be from further down the pipes because there was a large stain on my kitchen ceiling (under the bathroom). The technician assured me that this was from the toilet leaking and it going through the floor and not a pipe so they just replaced the intake valve on the toilet. Fast forward a few months to this morning when the intake valve they replaced slid out the toilet, sprayed my bathroom and wife, and the pipe above my kitchen busted and water is pouring out through the ceiling. Called this plumbing company back and before I could even begin to give this lady my spiel on what had happened she was incredibly rude to my wife and I, raising her voice at us from the start. She went on to say there is nothing they can do even though I had pointed out to the technician that the toilet was not the only problem/leak point. Would not recommend that anyone uses this company as they appear to be lazy and will do the bare minimum they can do to get out of there in the fastest time possible. I also spoke with Jeremy who is a supervisor there and he told me that I should have brought this up originally, which I did, and proceeded to curse me on the phone with the dispatcher and abruptly hung up on me. To save yourself some time and a lot of headache go somewhere else that will actually listen to you and take your concerns seriously and let these miserable and ugly people wallow in their loneliness.
