Cannot leave message. Mailbox full. Doesn’t take phone calls. Can’t report emergencies or outages. Dangerous and irresponsible, shouldn’t be in charge of maintaining water for the people of Tuskegee and Macon county.

No water for the night and morning during the middle of the hot summer. June 2024!

Modernize how you support the community. Reporting outages and an emergency should be an option available to all residents no matter what day or time it is.

Get it right, do better, be current!

Day 2 and water is still out. Tried to call, but voicemail is full. This is ridiculous. You need to have a way for customers to report emergencies and you all need to update your customers on issues. This is 2024! It seems like we are living before the internet here. Do better!!

Astonishing in incompetence. Multiple bills showing past-due amounts that have been paid but not credited. This month there’s no evidence that any payment had been credited (or check deposited). Called multiple times over several days and no one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message because “mailbox is full”. You can’t check your account on-line or pay on-line so you have to mail a check to a bank and hope it gets deposited correctly. So I’m now going to have to take time off work to drive to Tuskegee to see if they have receive a payment from me. If they can’t find it, I’m then going to have to pay them extra for a duplicate bill and drive to the bank to pay it there (they don’t accept payments at the office). This is really absurd.

Absolutely the worst! Every negative comment on other reviews is the truth. The office staff is a joke and should not be employed. Been trying to get my deposit I paid them in 2015. Wasted trips to Tuskegee, lost work hours, and attempted calls at least a hundred, with no answer, lies and runaround. Getting ready to file a lien.

Today is 2/15/24, the water has been off since 2/12/24. I don't understand how in 2024 with all the technology that's available that it takes so long to find a "leak". I'm new to Alabama and I find it disturbing that this is a normal occurrence. Thunder storm knock the water out. The water pipes are underground, aren't they?

The WORST customer service you can ever imagine. They can definitely use some customer service training. I understand the phones are constantly ringing during an outage but it's your job to advise your customers of the issues involved. We're paying for service.

This company and staff are horrible. They have a habit of adding someone’s else’s bill to your bill, and they have turned my water off twice when my bills are always current. It’s impossible to get ahold of them because they stand outside talking. There’s one lady that seems very sweet but the rest of staff is horrible.

Have made numerous telephone calls to find out when the water will be fixed. It's now almost going on 2 weeks with me buying lots of bottled water to drink and wash dishes. If you're not going to answer the phone calls and let box fill up, then send out a letter informing them what's going on and when it will be fixed.
