TLDR: These guys did an amazing job. Came out quickly and got the job done. Honest about pricing. Didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t need.

Called them on a Thursday evening at 6pm and came out within an hour. Needed my A/C fixed asap as I have an infant daughter and it’s 93 degrees outside. They found that my A/C had a bad fan motor and my condenser was going bad. My unit was 25 years old so it needed to be replaced soon anyway. By the next evening they had me set up with all new equipment ( the heating stuff needed to be updated as well) and didn’t even charge labor since I bought the equipment through them. Highly recommend blue tick.

My Ac unit went out last week. After several estimates Todd at Blue Tick gave me the best quote. Almost 2k less than the second lowest estimate. I called him on the Saterday after 4th of July to get the work done. Despite the holiday weekend he was ready to go.Two days later despite the holiday weekend he was in motion. They handled all the Alabama power finacing and made the process worry and stress free for me. Monday evening I had AC. I got a better brand unit for much less than the what others would have installed. I will never call on anyone else for my heating and cooling needs. Including the yearly regular maintenance. Extremely pleased with how quickly he got the work done while installing a superior unit for less than the competition.

When I moved into my "new" house this past March, I discovered a major foundation problem in one corner -- and I had spent most of my money getting in the house. Pigeon-holing Jeremy and his crew for just HVAC would be a mistake, although you could be forgiven for the mistake considering how dogged they are about hunting down problems. Jeremy’s all-around knowledge concerning electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc continues to impress, but his work ethic and no-BS approach is what will really keep you calling him again and again. He isn’t going to sugar coat things, so know that going in. But if you are serious about getting stuff fixed, that should be a trait you appreciate. Call the man.
