Ron was great! After another locksmith told me a key could not be programmed to my vehicle I called Southern Safe and Lock. My call was answered almost immediately and Ron was here at the exact time he told me he would be. Also to add he was done and I had a new car key within 15 minutes! Friendly & Professional! Would highly recommend!

My ‘81 El Camino ignition key snapped in half and of course I didn’t have any spares, only the original. Ron came highly recommended and worked some serious magic to get me back on the road!

I was moving into a new home and needed the locks rekeyed. I sent Mr. Ron an email, I think it must've been a Sunday night, and he emailed me almost immediately back with information and a quote for my locks. He arrived on time and was very kind and professional. He did the job quickly and I am extremely happy with the service!

Someone picked up my only pair of car keys, leaving me keyless and locked out of my car. Ron was incredibly professional and was able to unlock my car, create two keys and programmed a remote all in 45 minutes (on a Sunday and in 90 degree heat at that!) This is definitely the best route to go compared to a dealership, so I highly recommend Southern Safe and Lock.

I needed quotes for basic pricing for a commercial business. I tried to call but the guy got snippy and hung up on me before I could explain what I was doing. You will not be getting our company's business due to this horrible customer service. Every other business I called was gracious and helpful. You might try it.
