I had pipe leaks on my water heater, I called First Class Plumbing and Shawn answered the phone. I’m lucky enough to get scheduled and squeezed me in on his busy week schedule. Shawn is very reliable! He knows what needs to be done, he is also knowledgeable on what he’s been doing and even fix my water heater vent! The quote that he gave me on the phone will take 2 hours to get it fix, but when they arrived Shawn and his son start the job right away and it only took them 40mins to fixed it! Thank you very much Shawn! Highly recommend these people and will call them next time if there’s any problem!

Called First Class Plumbing with an emergency during the cold snap over the winter and they were able to come through despite the demand. Called again recently for a leaking pressure valve and again they went above and beyond my expectations once again.

They definitely live up to the name. I called them day-of in a plumbing emergency situation. They were beyond helpful and talked me through finding a temporary solution to stop the leak. They were able to schedule a quick follow appointment for the repair, and their quoted cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

There is not enough room here to say how good this company is! I called Shawn to check out my boiler. Shawn was on time with the appointment we made. He checked out the boiler & let me know that the boiler was fine -venting correctly and no flue gases were entering my home. I had another outfit check this boiler out a week before. They told me I had a cracked heat exchanger and needed a new heating sytem put in! I'm glad I called First Class Plumbing & Heating!

We had a local plumber fix a leak in our furnace room the day before the 4th of July. We discovered later that day that we had no hot water. The morning of the 4th I called several plumbers who claim to provide 24 hour service. The only response was from 1st Class Plumbing. Shawn texted me that he was out of town for the 4th of July holiday, but instead of just ending the communication there, he suggested that the first plumber probably shut off the water heater valves and forgot to turn them back on. Shawn asked me to send him pictures of the valves and through a few more text exchanges, the valves were turned on and we finally had hot water! Thank you Shawn! He saved us from an expensive holiday overtime service call. This kind of service is extremely hard to find. We will be going to 1st Class Plumbing from now on for all our plumbing and heating needs.

I called on a Sunday because I couldn’t figure out how to plumb my new bathroom vanity. Two days without water was taking its toll. I called First Class and he told me right off the bat that it was emergency dispatch rates, I appreciated him being so upfront. I figured I could go another day without water, but he instead asked for a photo of the issue and gave me some great suggestions that I was eventually able to use to fix the problem over the phone.
He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

I called First Class Plumbing and Heating and I talked with Shawn. My heating system was leaking from a zone valve so I had to shut the water off. Shutting the water off puts your pipes in danger of freezing. Shawn was not available, but he took the time to explain how to fix the valve. I followed his instructions and fixed the leak. And my pipes did not freeze. I highly recommend Shawn and First Class Plumbing and Heating!
