Jared, with assistance from Jim, installed a brand new Navien water heater for us over the course of 2 days. I cannot say enough about their work. Not only did they do the install, but a total redesign to make things more efficient. Inspection passed with flying colors and the inspector said this is one of the best installs he’s seen. Shout out to Jared. Amazing job, super nice guy and very professional. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these guys totally deserve it! Our furnace was completely shot after some hack job bubble gum and duct tape handyman "repairs" done by our landlords friend over a 6 week period. Of course it went out at the worst possible time so I was desperately calling around on a Friday before a long holiday weekend, everyone was booked and it was looking like we'd be without heat for at least 4 or 5 days in 0° weather. I suddenly remembered seeing their van around and gave them a call. Steve took my initial call and he was incredible, he was able to schedule us for a service call that very evening. Jarred was the tech who came out and he was absolutely incredible; he was very professional, informative and was able to identify and resolve the issues quickly. (Which, given how many elements were put in backwards or rigged together, it was super impressive that within 2-3 hours he resolved the problems we'd been dealing with for nearly 2 months.) Was such a relief to know it was finally fixed by a qualified and knowledgeable professional. I can't tell you how much we sincerely appreciate the exceptional service, from the moment they picked up our call all they way through to the completion of our repairs. They will indefinitely be our first and only call for any future issues!

I have heard of miracles before but thought they only happened to other people. Flow Star was able to somehow fit me in for a time sensitive underground sewer rough-in on a two-day lead time when another company didn’t work out. (In the middle of June, no less.) Kurdel and his employees were courteous, consummate professionals and the communication was flawless from start to finish. They represent the best of the skilled trades and I couldn’t be more pleased to involve them on our project. I am an executive in the housing development field and I know quality in the workforce when I see it. I highly recommend their services to the community without reservation.

In a dark frigid land where circle and mountain and the fellow trades are out to drain your wallet. Kurdel comes flying in on a Phoenix, bringing light,compassion, and professionalism. ( He makes Gandalfs' arrival at Helms Deep look weak AF) I took on flow star to assist with an entire house renovation. I had them help with 2 bathrooms, utility room, moving gas lines, and putting a new drain system under the concrete slab as well as replacing a decent amount of old water lines. Every visit, his crew was professional and up front about the jobs being done and what issues were found.
Jake and Jarred were on point, showed up on time, and got to work. I fully plan on using them again in the future and strongly advise you to consider them to.

Kurdel went out of his way to help us get hot water as our waters needed replacement on the same day. The techs were great and very professional and did a great job installing the new water heaters. Can't say thank you enough. Thanks again, great Job. Would recommend them.

I had an emergency (no hot water) at my business on Friday afternoon. After a misunderstanding, the owner of Flow Star made himself available after hours AND had a technician fix my issue promptly that evening. I GREATLY APPRECIATE Flow Star and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Marco from Flowstar came out to my mother-in-laws house to check her furnace. Although it has made a few unexpected noises, he assured her that it did not need to be replaced and throughly checked it out and cleaned it up. She got a report of everything checked and what the current condition was for each thing checked. Not only did he check the furnace he took the time to check on a plumbing issue, which he was not scheduled to do. My worry was that a company would come in and take advantage of my mother-in-law. That did not happen. I have referred Flowstar before and I will continue to do so! Two thumbs up!
