I don't have enough good things to say about our experience at H & K. Logan was wonderful to work with as we found a vehicle we had interest in and walked us thru the trade in process. He was professional and very responsive. After the purchase, we did have a couple issues with the "new" vehicle and between communication with Logan and then it moving to Ryan, we were treated amazingly well. Ryan absolutely did above and beyond what we could have hoped for to get the newly purchased vehicle in tip top shape. Honest company and we recommend H & K to anyone! We will definitely be repeat customers!!! Thanks again you guys!

Great place to work with. I am not local to the area but they had a specific car I wanted. I was able to do the entire transaction remotely. Everyone was very easy to work with and helpful. (They even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to get the car!) -- The vehicle was clean and in great shape. They did a video call to show me the vehicle and it was just as they showed. I have purchased several cars from many dealers and this was one of the easiest/best ones to work with. I will contact them again the next time I'm looking for a vehicle, even though I'm located far from them.

Service Department - My wife and I took our vehicle in Wednesday night so it could be worked on Thursday. H&K called, Thursday before noon, and gave me a price for the repair and I granted them permission to work on the vehicle. I asked if I should pick up the vehicle, so they could order parts and then call me when the parts arrive and the service tech said they will order them now and fix the car on Friday. I didn’t hear back, so my wife and I go to pick up the vehicle on Friday and H&K told me it wasn’t done. I was upset that they had the vehicle for two days and didn’t repair anything. We had a busy weekend where we needed both vehicles to transport kids to and from athletic events, so I asked for my vehicle back and H&K told me to bring it back Monday. What a ridiculous waste of time. A phone call Friday would have been appreciated.

Great experience at H&K, more specifically with Bruce. For some peace of mind, I had the car taken to a shop for an independent inspection and he was super flexible with the whole process and was even willing to save me time and take it there himself!

The truth is that Bruce’s attention was very good, but the vehicle gave us transmission problems two months after buying it, I think it’s too fast for a vehicle to be giving problems, take your mechanic and make sure you’re buying

I am not in the habit of doing reviews but felt compelled to in this case. I have been searching for a truck that would meet my needs for the last month and half. Little did I know that I would find the perfect truck 2 miles from my house. I dealt with Nick the sales guy who was exceptional to work with. The whole team there were great from the salesman, to the sales manager as well as the finance manager. Not once did I feel pressured into buying the vehicle nor feel rushed to get the deal done. they took their time to answer my questions and find me the best deal. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to stop in and have a chat with them.......
