I needed a tow for my Yamaha Vino. I scheduled this a day in advance with AAA for 10-12 on Friday morning. After no communication with anyone, I called AAA and was told this company had accepted and would arrive by 10. At 10:10 and still no communication with the tow company, I called them. The guy who answered was agitated with me, although I am unsure why. HE accepted the tow. However, he told me he couldn't actually do the tow until later next week because he didn't have the equipment. I tried asking why he accepted the tow and confirmed pickup today and he hung up on me.

John has been excellent in safely towing my Jeep (bum transmission) from Homer to Champaign then to Danville and back to Champaign. He has VERY promptly responded to my requests and their prices are very reasonable. Kudos to J & K's towing service and I highly recommend them.

I hope none of you ever need this information but if you ever break down near Paxton IL you need to call J&K towing and get mark if you can. AAA messed up and the after waiting for an hour and a half and the website said they still haven't sent out a tow truck I called back and the representative of Triple A got ahold of J and K towing Spoke to the owner and got permission to give me his cellphone number. I called the owner of the company and he got Mark to call me back I explained that all I needed was radiator fluid which Triple A actually does not let them do but instead of making me wait for him to tow me to a mechanic after my long wait he just brought me the radiator fluid made sure that my car was working and sent me on my way. I drove up to a hotel cause I wasn't driving anymore last night and while I was checking in he called me to make sure I was OK because he just got the request from AAA to come get me and he wanted to make sure it wasn't a new request. He then texted me last night again to make sure that I was OK and that I didn't need anything else. I text him this morning thanking him and he says that he just wants to do a good job and I let him know he went above and beyond I don't think he would have treated his own daughter any better.

Great experience. I would highly recommend for any body work! John the owner is very professional and does excellent work. I had a large scrape on my rear quarter panel that was quoted by another body shop at $1600. J&K not only repaired for substantially less but it looks brand new. It is impossible to tell it was ever damaged. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone needing body work

I called AAA service to have my car towed two miles from the vermillion Chevrolet dealership to my house. Jon(the owner) picked up my truck and it dropped into a concrete curb. Jon assured me that he would repair the damage as he owns a body and paint shop. Well, he didn’t keep his word and it will cost 1087 to fix my truck. Do not trust him.
