I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Cody at Extreme Heating and Air. He arrived promptly this morning and, from the start, went out of his way to listen carefully to what I had been dealing with. Unlike other companies that rush to diagnose without listening, they took the time to understand that my heater hadn’t been working all night and made it a priority to resolve the issue.

His efficiency was impressive—he sorted everything out very quickly and even cleaned up some additional maintenance items along the way. On top of their exceptional service, they offered me a military discount at the end, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

This level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is rare. I’ll absolutely be using them again for all my heating needs. Highly recommend!

We’ve always had great service from Extreme Heating with our HVAC checks in the past. Our water heater quit working this week. When I called, Kayla scheduled a tech to take a look the very next day. Cody arrived, gave me the run down about what could be wrong and how he would evaluate each issue. He ran a few tests on the system and gave me great explanations and price quotes for the recommended part replacements. We knew our water heater would need replaced before setting up the appointment, but it nice to hear all the available options and not be pressured into buying a new unit. Cody went above and beyond and paid attention to the small details like wiping any marks off the new unit, turning off the light in crawl space after accessing the main water shut off, and removing any old parts and garbage from the new unit packaging. Cody is kind and efficient!

His service first mentality and experience were on display. While trying to problem solve what we thought the original issue/resolution was going to be, he was able to discover and diag an issue that was the actual root cause and make all necessary and preventative repairs.

Finding a wood burning insert installer in Anchorage proved difficult. I had unreliable and no response from several local companies and Jake at "on point" even "no showed, no called" after agreeing to install my insert.

I contacted Extreme heating and from the start was extremely pleased with their communication, reliability, and patience with my questions.

Derek came to my house yesterday and did an amazing job installing my wood burning fireplace, I couldn't be happier! He was considerate, thorough and did such an amazing job on the install. Not to mention the price of the install was very resonable. I'll be using these guys again. He needs to get a raise, thanks again!

* Don't know if I could make another review, but just had another appointment with them 6 months later to check my boiler and once again excellent.

Cody was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, along with thoroughly cleaning and inspecting my boiler. Please give him a raise!

Thomas, Chad, and Joe have excellent customer service! I had an odd living situation when they first came to install my new filtration systems, and they kindly worked around the previous tenants schedule. They've also been incredibly responsive when I've had other issues! I was so impressed with their plumbing work, that when my old garage heater stopped working, I called them for a replacement and they were able to fit me in the following week. I'm appreciative of both their actual physical work, and the kindness with which they operate. Would highly recommend!

I wasn't getting heat in my upstairs baseboard heating. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments the next day. Robby came out, quickly identified that the lines were air locked, and made sure all zones were operating correctly after flushing the lines. He was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what he was doing and showed me how I can make sure my system keeps working well. Great customer service!

Called Extreme for an emergency heat failure after hours and within minutes the on service tech (Joe) called me to let me know he could be there within 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and got it fixed immediately. This was one of the best services I’ve gotten from a company in a long time. Joe is a great technician and I can’t thank him enough. Would recommend this business to anyone!

My boiler, which has been a problem since last year, was finally fixed by Extreme Heating Air.
Several experts came before but could not fix it, but Robby, the technician from this company, finally solved it.
This guy is by far the most skilled and sensible of all the technicians I have met.
Above all, he is sincere, very positive, and seems to have high self-esteem for his work.
He has 8 years of experience in this field, and I hope he will be recognized as an unrivaled technician in this field and continue to grow.
The reason I praise him so much is not simply because he has great skills.
