After losing the combination and getting locked out of my safe, I contacted Wasilla Locksmith Safe and Vault. Within 2 days he was at my house, my safe was opened and I was provided a new combination. I’m extremely happy with the service I received.

This is the only locksmith to go to in Wasilla. He really knows his stuff. I had a lot I needed re-keyed. That was a little unique. No other locksmith knew anything about it. I called here and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Great service great price nice guy.

In a word, unprofessional. Had to call a locksmith while visiting a branch of my business in Wasilla, and the guy who came out (I believe it was Dave or David) made rude comments about the bumper stickers on an employee's car. We called him to work on a lock, not share his political opinions.

I am a professional locksmith, safe and vault technician of 40+ years.
I just wanted to express my frustration with Three Bears, I worked with them for years, then I got a bathroom lock job that was inferior quality struggling to straighten it out and the people dumped me and called Shadow Mountain. I was not at fault for that bathroom door problem, and I had bent over backwards to satisfy the customer.

While were on frustration, I built up a great rapport with Wasilla and I always had given everyone good service. Now that some locksmiths are new in town, I am struggling to find work. This is what I get for giving Wasilla my best work, always giving more to my customers.
I don't care about this garbage feedback anymore. It's obviously that the feedback is made up.

My son was locked out of his house in negative temps when his dog jumped on the door and pushed down the lock lever while my son was taking his other dog out to potty.

After already being outside for some time trying to find a way in, My son called some other locksmith who showed up without the right tools (can you believe that?!) and then proceeded to leave my son in the freezing cold with nothing but a sweatshirt to go back and get his tools. He never showed back up and my son ended up going to the hospital in an ambulance.

So, I called David at Wasilla Locksmith and he was friendly, genuinely concerned and rushed right over to my son’s home. He was able to get the lock open and he made a spare key. He gave the keys to my son’s coworker who had called 911 for my son and had come to the house at that point. He charged me exactly what he had quoted. I highly recommend Wasilla locksmith safe and vault!! They will take care of you! He also didn’t Ask for any payment info until after the job was done and he kept me posted as he arrived to the home as I am out of state and was worried about my son. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you David!!
