I am so glad I chose this place to have my car repaired. Jason, who helped me with my claim was patient and very professional. He moved quickly to have my car repaired and gave excellent customer friendly service. My car came out beautiful, they even detailed the car and cleaned the inside .. Wow. Trust me, this is the place you would want to get your car repaired. They help you from start to finish and treat you like you are their top customer. 5 stars couldn’t say enough.

Extremely professional people working here, we dropped off our Infiniti that we've had for a long time and they treated me with respect. Fast and efficient Service plus they also have a rental car center here that's nice and cheap so that I can drive right back out the same time that I've dropped off the car. Hopefully we'll never have another accident but if we do we'll use them again.

WOW! Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Was in a small fender bender 4 weeks before my out of town wedding. I was concerned I wouldn’t have it back in time before leaving town. Sewell went above and beyond to make sure that I would have my car back even sooner than expected! Not only did I receive great customer service but my car is good a new again! Sewell customer for life!

Jason was so helpful and efficient from getting my vehicle repaired (looks brand new) quickly and helpful with Enterprise meeting me on-site with the rental. He kept me informed with the status and timeline from estimating damages to repairs and completion. The entire staff was professional and extremely polite and courteous!

My AC is not working after they repaired a minor dent on two of my doors. I dropped my car off here and immediately I noticed my AC is not working. It was working perfect before I dropped it off which I have proof of due to an inspection report from the Sewell service dept. They said I owe $300 for a diagnostic fee. They damaged my AC yet I owe them money to figure out what they did wrong? When I told them I’m not paying for something they broke on my vehicle I was told by the body shop Manager that I am “banned” from all Sewell dealerships. This is pretty odd to me since I actually have a warranty on my car with them and I just spent $1500 on my breaks with them which also have a guaranteed warranty. Also, I paid for an alignment in advance for $450-500 which they haven’t refunded me and were supposed to do prior to me figuring out my AC doesn’t work/banning me.

Along with all of this, the collision center told me my $700 payment to them “isn’t seen on their end.” I called my bank on speaker phone in the store (since they forced me to ) and verified that yes the payment is approved and Citi bank cannot cancel it. It was honestly bizarre and I’ve never had a business tell me that a payment of mine that went through “wasn’t seen on their end.” They wanted me to pay again yet the charge is still on my account.

Had some damage to the front of my car, went to Sewell and they did such a great job! Excellent Customer Service, my car looks brand new again. They informed me every step of the way what was being done, answered my questions quickly and were excellent in every aspect.
