Bates is very unprofessional especially the lady named Sonia. Tells you one thing even after going over the damaged places on vehicle. The entire process since day one was a Bad Experience. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE if it was allowed.
*Response: I see You left out important details as well, Sonia had told me I didn't have to go since I had already pointed the damage out so that is WHY I didn't go. Also, I had to go up there the second time since yall claimed yall didn't receive my text estimate. When I went to pick up the truck the first time, yall showed me where yall did receive the text estimate. Imagine that.....
You also forgot to mention the many times Your front desk clerk said she would return my calls and she never did, I had to be the one calling yall. I figured yall were an honest establishment but from dealing with yall, yall aren't.
You also failed to mentioned you returned my truck to me incomplete. I had to call yall to get my license plate bracket and license plate. Thank you for at least taking the time to reply even though you ALSO FORGOT to mention several things.

Team very customer service oriented. There wasn’t one person that I can in contact with, that didn’t smile and greet me. Now let’s talk about the work that was completed. Nothing short of beautiful. From the time I left my baby with them, to the time I picked her up, the team was In communication with me regarding updates. I have nothing but accolades for the entire process. Pictures 1/2, when I dropped off. Picture 3 day i picked her up.

My husband just picked up his truck after having repairs done from an accident and he paid $250 for a detail. He is highly dissatisfied as you can see from the photos the detail done was poor quality. Floor mats not cleaned, mirrors not cleaned, one of the headlights was not buffed out and others were not buffed fully, bumper was not cleaned, windows were not cleaned, soap residue spots left on truck, replaced outer skin on tailgate and left raised imperfections on the tailgate. I would not recommend this business.

I haven't gotten my car back yet, it's still there being repaired after a minor crash. I just have to leave comment on my experience so far. I went to a place recommended by my insurance company, and had to back away and leave because it was scary and gross and the only person there was working out back with earphones in and couldn't hear me. I told my husband I refused to do business with a place I felt unwelcome. He called around and gave me a short list to go to, and I decided to see this "Bates" place. Wow. It was like amazing. Friendly, smiling, helpful people met me at the door, offered me refreshments, asked some simple information without in any way being pushy, and had me out the door in 30 minutes, my car safely in their care. Then the phone calls letting me know each step of the way what was going on and wat to expect next has been great. I can't wait to see how well they do on the car, but so far they have earned their stars!!

UPDATE: I got my car back, and I am very happy with the work they did. My car looks amazing and when I picked it up they bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met. The whole process was seamless, they kept me informed every step, and had it ready when promised. While waiting to pick up my car, I also got to watch how the ladies at the front desk were helpful and concerned for the callers on the phone, that was nice, they would put people on hold and then really work to get the information to them and help them. The people in the back never stopped moving around, filled papers, answered calls, etc. It was nice to know they cared about the job they do, and it shows. I will use them next time, which of course I hope is never because wrecks aren't fun, but having someone you trust to fix it makes it a little better.
