I have recently done real ID, M1 permit test, and vehicle registrations there. Super pleased to have a dmv in our community, even more pleased with efficiency of current staff.

"Zero stars"... place isn't open the ONE time we needed it, no note, no explanation, nothing. Thick icicles cover the door-looks like no one has been there for quite some time. I want a job where I can get paid to NOT show up to work!

Set appointment days ago. Tok office called a few minutes before closing to inform me they would not be open for my next day appointment. They do not even know when they will be open next? So now it is impossible to reschedule with a DMV that actually shows up to work. Maybe I could have scheduled with a real DMV if notified timely. Great government service, you can't even show up to give them money. I'm sure they will find the time to ticket me and collect fine for the services they can't provide.

The place is never open at the times stated. Went there one day and a note on door said “out to lunch be back very soon”. Went back a few times after that and note still there and never opened. Then next day went back at 10:20, when they were supposed to be open at 10 and still not open. Many people just waiting at door.
