I’ve been using AK Water Conditioning for a couple of years now, and they have consistently provided excellent service. They’re always punctual, communicate clearly, and go above and beyond to ensure everything is in top shape.

Jason, in particular, has been outstanding—polite, professional, and incredibly attentive. During a recent service, he noticed a pipe in the crawl space that appeared to have a leak. He explained the issue thoroughly and suggested I call a plumber. I wouldn’t have caught this problem myself since I can’t access the crawl space anymore, and I’m so grateful for his care and attention to detail. I highly recommend AK Water Conditioning to anyone!

I live just south of Glennallen. 17 years ago Mike installed my water softener and it has worked like clockwork. I finally had an issue and while he no longer does service in this area, he spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem over the phone. After letting him know my son has work experience as a plumber, Mike helpfully offered to mail the replacement brine valve out to me. When installing the brine valve, he talked my son through the process. Unfortunately, there was an additional problem, but he offered to stay late to give us time to bring the mechanical head of the unit to Wasilla (we offered to bring it, rather than mailing back and forth.) His customer service goes above and beyond. It took Mike only about 40 minutes to rebuild the unit. I am so pleased with the quality of his work, work ethic, manner and helpfulness. It is simply off the charts. His receptionist is also a wonder, very sweet and incredibly helpful. Also, they have records of everything installed in my home: water softener and RO unit. My water is wonderful, and I can't recommend this company enough.

My experience has only been a few interactions but all have been excellent. This place seems to care more about giving you information then just selling you something for the short term. I had them out to inspect and restart a softener system that had been off for years and replaced a house filter and the tech was great. They have been very helpful going out of their way to help even when not selling something.
