All Phase Electric was able to get us an appointment in quick time and sent us updates as the appointment neared. Lee, the electrician, showed up promptly at the appointed time. He jumped right into his work. As he was installing the overheard lights, he continually asked me as to my preferences for the orientation of the lights. He gladly made minor adjustments as asked. As he worked, he made sure to keep the area clean and organized. Another electrician had noted discrepancies in the installation of the earlier lights, and I was under the assumption the discrepancies had been corrected. Upon inspection, the issues had not been resolved, but Lee made the necessary corrections. After completion of the work, he was able to diagnose and remedy another ongoing issue we had with flickering lights. Lee was a true professional and his friendly manner put me at ease. We plan to use them again this summer for another lighting project. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for electrical work. Thank you for the great work!

Lee is an amazing electrician. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what I needed done, answered all my questions and did a professional job. I had a challenging request to add a 220 wire/plug when my washer/ dryer required that. Also, he updated my circuit breaker and added power to my greenhouse. Patrick, owner of All Phase Electric, not only will avoid your calls and not show up your appointments, he will also lie to your spouse and tell them the "other" tech must have ordered the wrong part again, all while trying to wait out your silly Silver Membership purchase, which does not in fact, get you any emergency visits, generator monitoring, or quicker service.

The part they put in my generator was faulty, and caused smoke to come out of my wall panel when the generator kicked on.
Patrick shrugged this off and said rarely would that *actually* cause a fire.....
And now for months, my generator has been shut off because Patrick couldn't manage to make a parts order within the 1st month after looking at the generator. I called him multiple times before i was informed, 2 months later, after calling multiple times for updates, that he ordered the wrong part when he finally did place an order.
Now, Patrick is not answering his phone as he avoids taking responsibility or taking care of his customers. I have been trying to get this part- still under warranty - since Sept. The incident happened in early August, but of course, Patrick was unwilling to come out any earlier than a month out, despite my having purchased the Silver package that offers emergency visits at discounted rates, among other discounts and benefits that don't exist when the company won't honor them.
Still hoping to get my generator repairs honored, but I will not recommend or use them again after we get this solved.
