I had an electrician come out at the last minute when he called I told him not to worry about it because it was late in the day, but he was so sweet and so nice. He said it was no problem at all. I have to let you know the owner of this company that you have a terrific electrician working for you. That it your technician Brandon Clifton not only was it a pleasure to talk to him and have him at my house, but I am totally happy at well knowledge he was at his skills. Thank you for having a man like this representing your company. He went into details and told me what it would take. I appreciate everything that he had said he definitely knew what he was doing. Called them this morning. They sent Taylor out within 30 min. He found the leak in the ceiling and wall, had to cut the drywall and repair the pipe. He was amazing! Clean, organized , very personable and cannot thank him and Air Control enough. For their promptness and knowledgeable service man!

Great service. Communication from dispatch was the best I have had with any service company. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to order equipment and install it during my short window of opportunity to get the job done. They coordinated everything including the utility company that was required to show up on site. The cost was a little bit more than I had expected, but it was well worth it in the end to have everything complete under one contractor.
