We highly recommend Rhino Shield. Junior, Tony, and their crew did a wonderful job. Rhino Shield’s ceramic coating is more expensive than regular paint and that was a conscious decision we made. The company kept us informed throughout the entire process. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to other circumstances and Rhino Shield was very accommodating. They were prompt each day and left no trace. If you are in need of a new paint job, by all means consider Rhino Shield.

The Rhino Shield process takes longer and is more expensive than standard house paint jobs but in the end it is well worth it! Even though there are new houses being built in our neighborhood, we have by far the best looking home! Rhino Shield painted our house in 2021. It was a huge improvement over the poor condition of the old paint, and my wife and I were very happy with how it turned out. But over the next three years, we continued to notice an increasing amount of problems. The caulk was cracking and pulling away from every one of the door and window frames, and the paint was becoming dull and faded in some spots. These things became even more noticeable after we had new windows and doors installed in the house, and I finally realized that something needed to be done.

Chandler from Rhino Shield came out and inspected our house. I found him to be courteous and respectful, and he validated all of my concerns. He assured me they would fix the issues, and a crew was scheduled to do the job. Seeing the care in which Tony and Jesus taped and masked the house, I immediately knew we were in good hands. Both of them were polite and friendly, and they did an outstanding job.

I’m not one to exaggerate, but I’ve never had a company go out of its way to make things right like Rhino Shield has. They repainted the entire front of our large two-story house, including the sizable courtyard wall. And if that wasn’t enough, they also painted around our new doors and windows on every side of the house. Tony and Jesus worked tirelessly in their masking and painting efforts, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up and putting our outside furnishings back when they were finished.

The house looks amazing, and I’m overwhelmed by how well Rhino Shield has treated us. They went above and beyond to resolve my complaint.

We absolutely love what Rhino Shield did with our house. It was ugly when we bought it. Now it is stunning. Jose and Marco did great work. They took so much pride in their work, and Jose communicated with us multiple times each day throughout the process. We loved that there were no surprises, and we love the result even more. This was more expensive compared to other painting companies, but totally worth it. We couldn’t be happier.

To start this I can say that these were the most professional, caring people from the longtime, sales educator & representative Tim Mathews, to Chandler the AZ project Manager, Travis who just works well with everyone, and we appreciate the talented employee at Rhino Shield (e valley office) who patiently took 10 to 15 minutes per 5 gallons of paint preparation. The Professional, well trained, efficient, resourceful, detail oriented Paint Crew headed by mastermind, JUNIOR are Siri, Alberto, Jesus and Tony. Early everyday, good communicators especially JR and Chandler they like fric and frac: seamless. Instead of being stressed we had complete confidence, knowledge upfront how caring, complete their painting skills were by the best prep, prewrap work.
