Avoid utilizing this company for your locksmith needs. They do not vet their locksmiths in any way and you will pay 2-3 x more than any other locksmith. When I expressed my concerns to the company they gave no concern to them and said “that’s the way it’s done”.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Contact them to have my ignition and door locks changed explained the truck had been stolen they said they could fix it and put in a matching set . Came out a week ago 8/20/22 put them in and minutes after they left I noticed the ignition and door locks were not working properly. Texted them and called them immediately finally got back to me Said they would come out the next day . Never showed and would answer my calls or reply to text. Got a text Monday they would come back out left work to meet them and still didn't fix it and said they would be back the next day never called. Will not answer my calls or text . Left my truck in pieces! The address is not there shop just where they get mail . Week later still no communication from the business.

Awesome service! My wife lost our only key for our car and the dealership wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to get it re keyed. Andrew came out quickly and made us one. Even made us a spare in case it happens to us again. His prices were affordable and the service was great. I would definetly recommend his services to any of my friends or family members.

Excellent service. Came to my home to fix my car key. He even arrived early and finished way quicker than the time he quoted me. Extremely nice, professional and fast. I would definitely recommend Andrew if you are looking for a locksmith.

Came out on April 11 and unlocked our tuffshed that we had misplaced the keys for. My husband was pleased until he went to unlock the shed and the locking mechanism fell apart. Andrew came back out the same day and said it was repaired. Today, April 19th, the locking mechanism came apart again. We are now unable to get into our tuffshed. And we have to wait until Monday for him to come out. I completely understand about it being a holiday weekend. I believe, however, that if a lock is broken by the locksmith, he should be responsible for it and repair or replace the lock in a timely manner. I do not recommend. Find another locksmith. *Edit* you came out twice in the same day. The first time you came out, you didn't even know how to work on the tuffshed's lock and took two hours to even unlock it.
