Charged me $700 to drive to my place, run a camera through the line then snaked the line. My toilet worked for 2 days now doing the same thing again & will not stand behind his work. That is pathetic. The company I work at would never disrespect a customer. Accused us of plugging up the toilet. We have been there 7years never plugged it up before so how in a wk have we plugged it up twice. Sorry customer service never would I recommend this company ever

I had A1 do my plumbing for my house. We moved in and were in the house for about 4 months, I had to go underneath the house to look at something and found the drain pipe was never hooked up so water had just been going into our crawlspace for 4 months. I tried to get in touch with the company before posting this review just to give them a chance to fix it. They do not answer their phone or text back. I called several times and left voice-mails and texted the owner. No response. I am a reasonable person but I hate to say I will never use their services again. Anyways now I have to fix their mistake because they will not get back with me. I would expect this from a handyman but not someone who Specializes in this specific trade and charges a premium price.
I will update review if owner reaches out to try and make it right.

We wasted a month trying to connect with this company. They never returned our repeated voice messages or texts so we found another plumber that did our job 3 days after we called them.

made us wait all weekend, then told us he would be out first thing Monday morning. didn't show up. had to call someone else to fix our plumbing. very rude and disrespectful.
