I bought padlock set which turned out to be the wrong size. I went to return it unopened with the receipt and was told I had to complete a form and provide the full credit card number. Then it would take two days to process the paperwork. Additionally they charged a 15% restocking fee for an unopened item. Really poor return policy and service.

I just had the single best customer experience in my entire life here.

After breaking my key off in the ignition, the Subaru dealership told me they couldn’t help me and another locksmith I called told me it would be over $200 for them to get me a new key.

Luckily, I called this place and they were able to replace it for under $30! You have no idea how relieving that was to hear.

Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and answered all of the dumb questions I had.

My car is old and there isn’t any data on the type of key I had, but just by looking at both broken pieces of my key HE WAS ABLE TO EYEBALL IT. The new key worked flawlessly.

I’ve never left a review before, but I was so impressed by how professional Adam was and how much he was willing to work me and my situation (with what little information I could give him), that I can’t NOT let people know how great this place is.

Adam and Able Locksmith turned what was initially an awful day into one of the best customer experiences I have ever had.

I will be using and highly recommending them from here on out.

Called in to see how much they charge to cut and program keys. 2013 honda Civic. Told them i have 2 blank keys. The guy on the phone said 100 bucks. I ask, is that for each key? Cause i have 2. He said total. Really great deal. Since the dealer would be about 350 or so for 2 keys. Ask when they are free, i called around 4 pm, and he said, "Come in the morning, and we can get you done. Went there at 9 a.m., and he got me in and out within 30 mins. It's really great service there. Keys work great, unlock, and locks without issue. Most places will not do 3rd party key.
