Approximately 10 days ago, there was a slight leak with a PVC connection on my pool fill waterline located on the side of my house. I scheduled an appointment with Above All Plumbing who sent out a technician, Les. When Les arrived, he was courteous, friendly and reassuring of my concern. He evaluated the situation, informed me that he would run back to the shop to pick up some additional supplies, and return shortly and resolve the problem. Less reconfigured the exposed PVC piping and replaced it with copper tubing. This exceeded my expectation, and assured me this would be a long lasting result for years to come. In the event that I would need to utilize a plumbing service again, I would most definitely recommend and go to Above All Plumbing! I frequently evaluate reviews when picking a service, and I recommend this company as well.

Les came out to do a service on my water softener and RO systems. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very communicative about what he was doing and why. He completed both items, cleaned up after himself, And even returned everything under the sink to its original position. Unbeknownst to me, the next day, we would experience a water outage in the foothills. I mistakenly assumed that my lack of water pressure had something to do with les' work the day before. He came back out that afternoon and checked everything out, and within about 10 minutes surmised that there was a water outage. Sure enough, just as he was saying that, I got an email from the water company stating exactly that. In other words, it wasn't his fault, but he sure did show up to take a look at it in a timely fashion. I will definitely use above all plumbing in the future, and hope that they send Les, or someone he personally trained, out for future calls. Great job.

One think is for sure, this company will bend over backwards to live up to their name, ABOVE ALL PLUMBING. In the last 25 years, at this location in Yuma East, I have had to deal with several plumbing issues of drain blockage to the septic tank. The bandage repairs applied by companies I dealt with would last about a year. I contacted ALP and they sent out Less to look at my problem. He was a god sent. Les is the most contentious, hard working, likable plumber, person, you could ever meet. Opening my drain was only a small part of what he did. He uncovered the tank, exposed a problem with the drain connection to the tank, recommended a pump out, opened the D box and cleaned the leach lines, made a much needed detailed drawing with dimensions of the complete system. Needless to say, I would strongly recommend Above All Plumbing and LESS when needed
