After using this business for many years, we’ve only experienced a few issues. Our latest experience was the worst by far. We were told they had fixed a recurring issue, 28 days ago. When I called and left a message, no one called back. So I called again the following day as we can not use our bathroom. We can’t bathe. Absolute said there’s no warranty on their work. Even though I have paperwork from them clearly saying their work and materials have a one year warranty. See the attached picture. They said they’d come do the job again, for another $350. When I mentioned the previous visit and tried to inquire about the warranty, the manager became very rude, then yelled, we have no appointments today! And then hung up the phone.. this is after we’ve had this company do all of our plumbing at our home for the last eight years.
We have spent thousands of dollars with this company and this is how they treat you. I would recommend you get your plumbing done elsewhere. Meanwhile my entire master bathroom is flooded because they never did the job correctly the first time. But they definitely charged us for it.

Rod and his team of plumbers (shoutout to Juan and Roberto) are professional, friendly, dependable, responsive and do top quality work at fair prices.
After replacing a connector to the main city sewer line, they were given accolades and respect, for high quality work done, by the CCC Inspector who came to sign off on the job that required a permit. I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing for any job you need. They are trustworthy.

When the technician came to provide an estimate, we were given a price. He mentioned he would return later if we accepted the price and fix the electrical first. However, when I called the office to negotiate, I was told the price was non-negotiable. If we request the technician to come back, the price will increase, and I was met with a more aggressive and abrupt tone on the call. When I called back to set the appointment and confirm everything was ready for the technician, the office flagged my address and he couldn't make an appointment.

Excellent service today, called at 8:00 & they had Reid here by 9:30. He snaked the drain, took pictures, kept me informed of what he was doing and the whole process only took about 40 minutes. Told me the cost right after accessing the problem. Very reasonable
