The lady I talked to when I called was very professional and pleasant speaking, a guy came out he was very nice , helpful and did what he had to do in minutes . The wrong key was put in my ignition and I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to get it out but he got out! Reasonable price for what he did as well. I definitely recommend!

I took my car in for a key to be made, she said that she could make and program it she said whew it was hard to program but I got it. If any problems within two weeks bring it back. It was about a week later the horn started blowing BY ITSELF The actual horn does not work if I try and blow it!! Took it back up there, she told me that there was nothing that she could do about it! So why did you tell me if any problems to bring it back! UNPROFESSIONAL

My experience was with this place but at my home. The locksmith that was given the task of rekeying all locks to 1 key was very professional. I really appreciated that. He was knowledgeable and comfortable in his line if work. ❤

Do not go to Pine Bluff lock and key, horrible customer service. ONLY GO TO ACE!!!!!! They actually will follow through on call backs and come to look at your problem. I had a trailer wheel lock and my keys were no longer working. They didn’t give me a hard time with excuses and none sense. Just quick and easy service.
