Worst experience ever. These people have no ethics or values, and no integrity whatsoever. I’m sure the positive reviews are from people who are friends with them. If you decide to work with them, take video of all your interactions, because they have no regrets in lying to your face. The grille they put on it’s not even for my car; I took it to another two different body shops and the first thing they ask is “what does that grille looks like that”, and I have to explain what these people did. The left side of my car has black specs due to the fact they painted another one beside mine without protecting it. The grille support was supposed to be new, and it was broken where the screw goes in. They said it was going to take 5 days, it took them 10; but of course in the statement they wrote they finished it in within the time frame of 5 days, my car rental receipt would say otherwise. I may add the owner told me he was going to order the parts and then I could leave my car there, so I wouldn’t be without my car for too long, so I have no idea why they took that long. Just make me wonder if they charge the insurance for premium parts and then just use cheap ones, because they said the grille was unavailable even though I found it online in less than two minutes, you can see the gaps in the picture. They excuse themselves saying they won’t replace an “upgraded” grille, insinuating that I bought a performance grille; this is a Mustang GT California Special, it did come with the special grille from the manufacturer. Save yourself the stress and avoid these place.

Great Great Great communication, service and repairs. I have used their service over the last couple of years for storm damage to my truck (2 times) and camper. They came out of the shop like new. They are informative even when your grumpy and dont know what to do or expect (Insurance agent was no help). If I ever have any more work that needs to be done I will contact them. Thanks for a great experience.

Awesome job with the repair of our vehicle. After hitting a large buck deer, there are no signs that there was ever any Damage.

Vehicle was repaired before estimated date and when we picked it up, not only was the damage repaired, but my wife was SO HAPPY when she got in her vehicle and saw the interior had been detailed as well.

They text me almost Daily keeping me up to date with the progress as well. I highly recommend them for your auto body repairs.
