I have used this company twice now, 2022 and 2024. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Dustin came to my house both times for service work. First time he was able to identify and repair a problem than many other companies looked over.
Second time, I called for service/maintenance work and Dustin was at my house within 30 minutes. The employees are honest, thorough, efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, timely and quick!
Most recent service in August 2024, I had Dustin (Affordable Rooter Service) come because my washing machine kept giving a message of clogged drain, even though I clear the drain trap weekly on the washing machine. I also had him do preventative maintenance work to confirm I do not have a clog in the main water/drain system of my house, from my house to the street or a clog at the clean out trap. He also throughly checked out my Washing Machine drain pipes and the pipes in the wall that run to the main drain system, I then had him clean my dryer vent system that can be accessed from outside. I am continually impressed with this company and will add that Dustin was able to assure me that an
expensive problem reported by a major plumbing rooter company

Finally, the cost of excellent and efficient work by Affordable Rooter Service (1.5 hours of work) was $100 less than what I paid Roto Rooter for a 3 minute service call to pull hair out of a bathtub drain. Do yourself a favor and call Affordable Rooter Service before you call another plumbing or rooter company. If your need is not in their field of work, they will refer you to another reputable company. I wish every company worked with the high integrity and professionalism that Affordable Rooter Service provides on a regular basis. This company sets the bar high and doesn’t empty your bank account.

Erick did a great job! I recommend this company with a 5 stars. He explained everything very well and found the problem in my sewer line very quick , great tools to get the job . Thank you guys will recommend and use you guys anytime I need a camara inspection .

Having water flowing through a room is one of the most horrible experiences imaginable! Dustin understood the problem immediately, and had our line completely cleared in no time. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and left no mess! Even on a Sunday the fee was so reasonable!

I had a clog in my shower drain. Tyler came out and listened to my story. He was very knowledgeable about drain systems and went to work on my issue. He had the right tools and equipment. He resolved the issue and took time to verify the repair. I will not hesitate to recommend this company and technician to anyone with a drain issue.
