Would not recommend this company to anyone. My key broke off the fob after 6 years. Needed a simple replacement. The key they gave me was cheap and broke after two weeks, along with the programming stopping working. After multiple attempts to get a hold of someone over 2 weeks after the key broke and stopped working, I got a text from Brandon W apologizing and asking what time I’d be available. I told him a time and never got a text message, call or anything after that. I again tried contacting them for 4 days before I left for a trip. No calls or messages the entire time I was gone. Tried contacting someone again when I got back and nothing. All I want is a refund so I can go to the dealership. I liked the idea of them meeting me at my work so I didn’t have to drop off my car but clearly I should have just gone to the dealership.

Brandon went to the wrong address. We corrected him but he never showed up, left us hanging all day then never even tried to contact us again to reschedule.

I called because I locked myself out of my house. Brandon answered the phone and told me he’d send someone out. Not 30 minutes later, Brandon himself came out to help. I appreciate the very timely response and got my door open within 10 minutes
