I went to ADR because of the glowing reviews, but unfortunately my experience was a nightmare. I have found them to be slow, and unprofessional and their work to be sloppy and embarrassingly low quality.

The work on my car was initially quoted as 1.5-2 weeks, but ended up taking over a month. There were some supplier issues outside of ADR's control, but the real issue was the total lack of communication during the entire process. I had to be the one to call weekly, sometimes more than once, for status updates and to convey urgency since I was moving states and scheduled other car work pre-move. I was repeatedly assured the car would be done by a certain date, only for me to call and find out they needed more time. This pattern repeated itself 4 times, until finally the work was completed the day before my move. I wish the story ended there, but now that I have my car back, I'm noticing how sloppy the work was. The paint on the replaced parts does not match the car, an originally damaged part was put back, there's paint drips on the trim, there’s a badly covered up paint chip, and they even put my rear windshield wiper on backwards. The lack of communication also extended to my insurance. They never coordinated with my adjuster until I reminded them at the very end. Unfortunately, I now have to get all the work they did completely redone.

This shop is Amazing they look out for the customer time and time again I love it. Sometimes very busy because they wont settle for a bad job. So you'll know you will get great quality work so hold tight. Owner is a great person. cares about family and friends. He goes the extra for you and your work for them at hand. They exceed expectations always great work. both interiors and exteriors they do it all. He'll be honest, trustworthy just a real down to earth person. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. HORRIBLE! If I could give a negative rating I would. They painted our car and put our trim work back with double sided tape. Our trim went flying off going down the interstate and went under the car behind us. I just hope that’s the only thing they did wrong. Time will tell. What should have been a quick 3 day job took almost 3 weeks. Just don’t waste your time or money.

I recently brought my F150 in for a minor dent repair. After scheduling a drop-off time, I was informed it would take half a day to fix. However, after two days, I received a call stating that no work had been done and that vehicle could be picked up. There was no explanation for the lack of repair at all but I wasn't charged. It was major inconvenience to have my truck longer that what was said and not to have any work completed. Overall, it was a complete waste. Also, once I got home I noticed damage to my bumper, along with hastily applied touch-up paint, which was not there before I dropped it off. I did not inspect the vehicle thoroughly before leaving, so I cannot definitively say the damage occurred there but I didn't go anywhere else.

I do not normally use this type of service. However, I coordinated to get a quote from Doug. I setup a repair date, and just like he told me, 2 to 3 hours to repair a dent I really wanted to fix was done.
Additionally, the dent disappeared, was charged a very good price to make the repair, and I became one very happy customer. Enough for me to want to add a positive comment and give Doug kudos for excellent work on my Camry. Thank you, Doug. The front staff was professional, and you as well sir. I took a few business cards to share with others. I will utilize this shop for their expertise anytime in the future.

ADR recently did outstanding fender repair work on my Lexus. Doug, is very personable and a professional business owner. He provided me a fair estimate, quick response, and excellent results. He made sure that the repair was done correctly ... the paint job matched perfectly. Kevin was also very efficient in handling the scheduling and paperwork.
