Literally the best plumber. They have a convenient number to text instead of going through the hassle of the calling, emailing or online messaging most other companies use. They respond SO QUICK, just like you’re texting your bestie to come over they will almost always send someone out that same day! Great company to use if you ever need plumbing and heating services! A plus is that they work on modular homes! Finding someone to work on a modular home is hard! I’m so glad Alaska Plumbing Service LLC was there to help!

Called to have them do some work. They never actually completed the job initially called for. Ended up with a hole in the dry wall that we had to repair just for them to not actually replace the bath tub fixtures. Then had an HSA call out. They came and fixed it…and then invoiced us 6 months later for another $489. I had voiced by concerns and nothing was ever addressed. Incredibly frustrating situation.

Absolutely horrible service along with horrible attitudes! I called my homeowners insurance to get my hot water heater fixed because it was leaking water. Chet from Alaska plumbing service shows up & seems totally unmotivated to get the job done right the 1st time & only applied pipe dope to the broken part & left. I called 2 weeks later because the problem was never fixed & gotten worse and Alaska plumbing service text me back. I explained over text I was not satisfied & the person who makes the schedule canceled my request from the insurance company because "I wasnt satisfied ". Alaska plumbing service will give a homeowner a headache during an emergency situation. They should not be in business! I have the text chain to show.

My go-to plumbing and heating company. They are honest, fair, and reliable. Trey has always been responsive and helpful with his recommendations. And I’m not sure what that lady in the reviews below is talking about - Alaska Plumbing Service charges based on bids they write up - it’s basically a service contract. You don’t get charged extra for “chit chat,” but you also don’t get to negotiate for a different price after services have been rendered. It’s very fair, especially for the quality of repairs and services you get.

I hired them to unclog a kitchen pipe. Tech was polite but it doesn't make the cost any easier - $190. Initially I spoke with 3 different people and only later i found out they work together. After making an appointment, I requested at least 30m of a courtesy call as I had to leave work to meet them and instead I got a text saying they will be there in 10min and I had to rush over. One thing I recommend if hiring them is to be cautious about distractions such as chit chatting as that also adds up to the time they consider working. They charge by the hour.

I called Alaska Plumbing Service to repair a bathtub drain problem. The service was extremely prompt and friendly. Turns out the issue was not as simple as I had thought, but Trey, the journeyman plumber, showed me the problems and solutions every step of the way. He not only fixed what I knew to be a problem, but found an unglued drain pipe which could have become a serious leak under the tub. He created an access panel that is almost invisible. He worked hard and efficiently. I felt the price was more than fair. I will call this company any time I have a plumbing problem.
