I have worked in customer service in various industries for my entire adult life, and I have to say that Mario Villegas (and everyone I encountered) at Alfred Matthews gave impeccable service. I appreciate it SO MUCH. It really means a lot. They restored my car nicely, Mario communicated with me and kept me updated the whole way, and when I noticed minor damage on the inside of my car (from them) they fixed it immediately with care. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. I hope I never have to see any of them again (lol) but if I do, I know I will be taken care of!

I was referred to Alfred Matthews body shop by an insurance company to address some warranty work on parts a different shop installed but I had a lot of issues with the other shop and would not go back. From day one addressing the issue with Ricardo for the estimate, his timely acquisition of the parts, scheduling the appointment to getting the work done was a great experience. If I ever need body work done again in the future I’ll definitely go to Alfred Matthews Collision again.

One of the worst place to get your car fixed they damaged my vehicle transmission and told the insurance that the damaged was before the accident I’m going to open up a lawsuit against them and the insurance company for reference and not fixing my car another lies you guys did not even bought a new wheel and replaced the front wheel with a rear wheel and claimed that you guys replaced the wheel full of scam

Took my Subaru STI, staff and receptionist were super nice, super welcoming. They took care of everything professionally. Fast service, finished ahead of schedule. Car looked stunning, they vacuumed and detailed the car.

Anytime I need a body shop .I always come here .there work is top notch. I would not go anywhere else .it's also a farmers' registered body repair shop.
