This company is great. Full disclosure, they were not my first choice...BUT THEY DEFINITELY SHOULD'VE BEEN‼️

I scheduled an appointment with another locksmith company, that'll remain nameless, and I told their operator to have someone available for Saturday (11/30) morning at 730a (I had a lot of other errands to do that day). I made this reservation on a Wednesday (11/27) and the operator said that they would take care of it.

Saturday 730a comes and I'm waiting for the locksmith to come, then 8a came...and. Then 830a...I called the company and they told me that 730a wouldn't work and if they could come round 3p. I cancelled my appointment and called these guys ...

IM GLAD I DID! I called around 9a and they had someone at my place by 1030a IN SUCH A SHORT NOTICE!!

Brian was prompt and was able to re-key my locks with no issues. The prices were fair for the amount of work I needed and they were very swift, but accurate and made sure the key was functioning properly before leaving.

They take cash app so that was a plus.

Highly recommended if you need a solid locksmith 🔒

My husband called to program a car key, they said they would be there in an hour, an hour passed then 2 and then at the 3rd hour they called saying they would be here in 10 minutes, then 10 minutes passed we waited another hour, my husband called them back and they tried saying they called 3 hours ago saying they couldn’t help which is NOT TRUE, super unprofessional and extremely disappointed, wasted the whole day waiting on someone and trusting in them to help only for them to not help and try to gaslight us

Showed up in 30 minutes, nicest technician ever. Followed up and provided updates via phone call. Totally professional. Perfect service. Amazing. Saving this place in my Google for future moments where I lock myself out of my apartment 🤣

Very expensive, but it was good and efficient work. The person who helped me was really nice, and gave great customer service. I got quoted over the phone about $200 starting price, and he told me it would be about $900 in person. I understand that it would be pricey, but I feel like they should’ve been more upfront about it in person. I thought the most I would be spending is $900. However; after he finished everything, he broke down the price, and it was a little over $1,000.

Was in an unfortunate situation, driver quoted me $70 and told me 25 mins, showed up an hour later, than told me $120 which I wasn’t thrilled about but was not about to wait any longer since I needed to be somewhere, than was charged $150 on my card just to unlock my car. Idk if this is how they do business but I called get clarity and they have yet to help me resolve my situation.
