By far the best customer service experience we have ever had at any store...period! Gloria is the most knowledgeable and enjoyable professional to work with and the selection is first class. The unique lighting and home design pieces are fairly priced. The showroom has so much to choose from and is so welcoming.

Gloria has helped us decorate our townhouse and is now helping us to design our entire lighting set up in our new, dream home. Yes you may be able to find a lower quality knock off online but the personal touch and buying local has a greater value to your finished product and your community.

So much to see and all so beautifully arraigned in their showroom, they have it all, lights, home decor, florals, art, fans, too much to list but also, many fun and unique items as well. Locally owned and operated with outstanding customer service and endless custom lighting options. I worked with Gloria on lighting for my new construction home. Took 3 hours... finally finished at 6pm, an hour past appointment window. Gloria was so gracious, patient, knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else for lighting, fans, etc. You will never get such personalized assistance with an expert like Gloria anywhere else.

I took a fan to be checked by this company. Often, you hear from other companies that just do not want to deal with fixing fans or looking into fixing them. Often, other companies rather sell you a new fan. Gloria and her husband took the time to figure out what the problem was with the fan. They fixed it and the charge was very reasonable. They have a great variety of fans, light fixtures and many many other light supplies. I highly recommend this company. Furthermore, Gloria and her husband seem very humble and helpful people!
