The delivery was great, the customer services team were prompt and very polite. The packaging was excellent - plenty of filling to make sure everything will be intact inside. As for the paints - I can't even explain how much I love them. I ordered Sennelier professional watercolour set + 3 additional colours. The 3 tubes arrived in a small separate box to protect them. The prices are very decent for this quality paints. There was also a gift in the package - a Darwent sketching set which is always welcome. I'll definitely order again. 🙂

Will think twice before ordering again to get a discount. Bought a few WN oil paints. One leaked in the delivery box. Customer service was prompt to call me but very dismissive about this issue. After explaining that the oil paint cap was loose and looked opened, the representative said they don’t sell seconds and to wipe up the tube. Apparently it’s normal! Really disappointed given the cost. I would have paid extra elsewhere to not deal with this mess!

I went to Grantham’s as I assumed it was a shop, with a list of things I needed for an painting course, anyhow the lady in the printing area said she would find someone to help me as it’s really just an online retailer.
A very knowledgeable and helpful chap helped me select brushes, paints and paper made recommendations and gave me advice, as a complete novice I really appreciated his help.
