Our house was constructed in the 70's and when we decided to upgrade our fridge, it was my princess-like desire to have ice and water readily available. Those familiar with water conditions in our region know that we have hard water and pipe damage is a common occurrence. This incident occurred while my husband was trying to switch the fitting. Luckily, he was cautious and had the water supply turned off. Refer to the attached image for details. So, our search for a plumber began. Our second consultation went above and beyond my expectations! When I called, I spoke with a woman named Nikki who assured me that a call back would be arranged. Within 15 minutes, we received a call from a plumber who informed us that he was just ten minutes away. What a pleasant surprise! As I anxiously waited for the cost estimate, I knew that the plumbing behind the wall was damaged. Mason provided the estimated costs upfront which came to a total of $285, and I had a $50 discount coupon. Of course, I accepted with gratitude! Mason finished the job within an hour and tidied up afterwards. In every aspect of this experience, we award this plumbing service a 5-star rating for their speedy response, high-quality work, professionalism, and care. We've engaged a number of plumbers over the years, but we've finally discovered a plumbing service that we can trust completely. We are now dedicated customers moving forward.
