Called and talked to Justin this morning about a deadbolt that wasn’t working and Eric showed up a couple hours later and quickly assessed the lock and fixed the issue! Now my deadbolt slides like butter and I know who to call when I have any other lock issues! Easy, efficient, knowledgeable, and best of all ease of mind having a local one-stop shop for keys, locks, and safes!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE COUPLED WITH GREAT PRICING!!! I needed to replace 2 worn original ignition keys for my 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha. The Guys were able to decipher the worn key patterns even without the original factory key number and I got 2 replacement keys for less than half the price of 1 key with their competitors & GM dealerships. The Locksmith was professional, tidy and knowledgeable. We had six new deadbolt locks we wanted keyed to match. Our deadbolts are not the typical builder grade or box store locks. I am astonished by this company. I have changed my front door lock to an electric door lock and needed extra keys. I went to Home Depot first, then Ace, no one was able to copy the key exactly. If you are looking for a company to copy a custom key look no further, the key specialist at ASTRO Lock and Safe, LLC, can help you. They were very professional and worked in a timely manner. All of my keys worked perfectly, and I didn't have to return with any issues. The gentleman did inform me that if there was a problem, just come back, and they would be glad to help in any way they could possibly. They are the key gurus. We drove for around 10 miles to Astro because they have such good reviews. The driving is well worth it. Both Jayde and Justin are friendly and patient. We needed to re-key two lock holes, the job was done in about 5 minutes, and the price is reasonable! I will recommend them to any of my friends who would need a lock smith!
