So far so good! I was able to wait for my 60k service done under 4 hours. (Oil change and air cabin filter change plus bunch of other inspections). The showroom is great.. all cars are unlocked and I can check out some high end Audis while I wait

I want to extend a huge thank you to the Audi Marin service team, especially to Willy Ortiz. He helped me with my first maintenance appointment, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Willi was not only very friendly but also incredibly accommodating, working around my schedule to find the best time for the appointment. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

I was sadly very disappointed with my recent experience at Audi of Marin. I am a first-time Audi owner after having Volvos as my last three cars and experiencing subpar service. I was excited to drive the new car and loved it at first. After 13 days, the car experienced an electrical problem that rendered it undriveable. It was towed to Audi of Marin.

My service agent was Gary. In the two weeks that my brand new car was at the service center, Gary called me exactly one time with an update. I had to call all the other times to ask what was going on with my brand new car. I was not offered a loaner, even though I asked more than once, because (I was told) I made my appointment online and did not call. Gary was dismissive at best and (to be entirely honest) inappropriately condescending in the face of my situation. When I finally picked up the car, he went out of his way to tell me that the delay in fixing it was not for the reason I thought (which he told me was in fact the reason on the phone).

Then after leaving I discovered that the service team left the defective battery and random plastic parts in my back seat. Gary did feel it necessary to call me then, to tell me that I was most welcome to drive back and drop it off at my convenience. No thanks, I do not want to set foot in that service department for quite a while. FWIW I spoke to one other service agent (a woman), who conveyed more understanding of my situation in about ten minutes.

Horrible for the second time!!
I bought an 80k & 90k maintenance package and when I went to pick up my car the dashboard showed a light indicating that I would need to change a reverse light bulb and my attendant told me that my car had no problems but he gave me the car with a warning light that indicated a malfunctioning reverse light and the attendant didn't even tell me about the problem and gave me the car without turning on the burned out reverse light bulb that cost $4 and only needed a screwdriver to restore

Super easy to schedule the service and they offered rides both ways so I was never inconvenienced by not having my car. Audi staff was great to work with and communicated regularly.

Willie did a fantastic job with my scheduled service and recall. I had a couple of other issues with the car, and he had the techs thoroughly diagnose. The issues could not be re-created, but he assured me to bring the car back on the next occurrence. I was ready to drive away and remembered that my CarPlay sometimes couldn’t find my IPhone unless it was plugged in. He came out to the car, deleted the app, reinstalled and paired the two, all working well now. Thank you Willie and Audi Marin!

Brand new car with less than 1000 miles wouldn’t start and I had to have it towed to the dealer. They then tell me it started fine and there is nothing wrong with it. When I pressed they investigated further and found something defective. It took weeks to fix but ultimately it was fixed and returned to me. Worst part was when they refused to give me a loaner (they were all out?) or pay for a rental car. I had to make a stink and demand to talk to the manager then suddenly they had plenty of loaners. I expect better customer service from Audi. These are expensive cars and a brand new car shouldn’t break like this. Of course things happen and I get that but when they do you should get better service. In the end Amy was nice and kept me updated on my car but this whole experience left me missing my old Subaru.
