Accidents happen , but Autocraft LA was there to fix it ! They were super helpful and kind, easy to work with & quick ! They left my car looking like nothing had ever happened to it . Frank and the woman in the front office were very kind and understanding. If you’re looking for a body shop that will leave your car like new , this is definitely the one you should go to .

They crashed my Mercedes , was so sad but this body shop came and towed it away. They were extremely professional and they got me max dollar on the total loss offer after they found similar cars that were worth more than the insurance Was offering me. Frank is the man love my new ride!!!

They recently crashed my Honda so I reached out to Auto Crafts and they came to tow it to their shop… they left my baby looking like BRAND NEW!! Super shiny as well and they communicate so much with you to update you! All the staff are super friendly and informative! The owners Carlos and his wife were amazing! My car was hit as it was parked on the street and I was referred to them by my friend. They made this whole experience very smooth and even kept in touch with me during the process. They also work with a rental company that would bring the car to the shop to make it a smooth process. My car was returned detailed and beautiful, with the most professional service provided. They truly went above and beyond and I have no complaints. If needed I would definitely return and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you autocraft LA!!
