About 2 years ago a lady drove over the center line of a parking space at Sams and parked her car wedged up against my pumper (yes, smashed my bumper and did not even know and left her car parked like that and went shopping). Wanting a quality repair I had Geico take it to Babbitt Collision. The front right quarter panel and bumper never lined up well. They made an adjustment and it was better but not seamless. A year ago my wife hit a small dear in same area (actually, deer committed suicide and jumped in to my front end). Again, took it to Babbitt for Ford OEM repairs. Bumper to right quarter panel was never well aligned. Today I decided to pop off inner wheel well plastic and start to look at it. See attached photos. It appears they just tried to use some really hard setting putty to repair it. Snaps on bumper were broken and glued over. A small piece of metal/bracket that holds quarter panel off body frame also not put back in original position (could see original paint marks and new improper alignment). I adjusted that and shifted the panel, dremeled down some of the putty, and put it back together. It aligns well now. Will never recommend Babbitt Collision.

Had repairs to the rear end of my 2019 F150. Excellent service with regular updates on the status of parts and repair progress. There were a few bugs after initial repair and they fixed the issues immediately no questions asked with no extra charges.
