Before purchasing 2 new A/C and Heating units, we got two quotes before deciding on Bakers Heating and Air . We are very happy with our decision. Vihn explained all the options, how things worked with Bakers, and who would be involved every step of the way. Now, Dustin and Jacob did the install for our A/C and Heating System Dustin and his team beyond talented, punctual and worked tirelessly on a (loooong hot day) With the highest quality of work. They are very professional, and outstanding in every way.Thank you Dustin and Jacob for the great work .Vihn was great to check in after instal was completed to answer any questions i had which goes a long way with us , I can not say enough about what a fabulous experience we had with Bakers Heating and Air I recommend Bakers highly! Forty year old ductwork was failing. I had become dissatisfied with the company that had installed my hvac ten years ago so I wanted to make sure to shop around. A friend recommended Baker’s. I was comfortable when Le came out for my first quote. I asked if I needed the extensive work that had been recommended or just duct work. Indeed, I did not. The job was scheduled quickly. Jakob & Pedro spent two days under the house and in the attic. On the second day they didn’t leave until the job was finished and everything cleaned up. They were respectful and on time. Work just completed so it hasn’t been inspected yet but I’m confident that will go smoothly.

My air conditioner died the 4th of July holiday week when it was over 100 each day! UGH!
Dustin and Jakob were able to come out the same day and determine what needed to be done. They were, polite, kind, and patient while explaining the next steps. They even brought over a portable AC unit to get us through to install day!!
On the day of install they arrived on time, kept me apprised of the status and when done, cleaned up the area 100%.
I enjoyed working with Baker and would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Baker was very attentive to our issue and got us in next day even during the heat wave.

They were on time, and the crew was polite and knowledgeable. The issue was a bit more complex but they were able to get the part within hours and get us up and running.

I absolutely love this place. Great customer service and fast response to your problems. Both my A/C and furnace went out. One on the summer and one on the winter when I needed it most. They came out and fixed my A/C in the summer and Furnace in the winter at very reasonable prices. Most people will try to get over but they're very honest and helpful and I haven't had any issues with my A/C nor Furnace since that time. They even followed up with my days after to see how my equipment was working. Great business to work with I wish I could give them 10 stars.

With the hot weather on the way, our machine stopped working. I called this morning and Dustin arrived in the afternoon! That is service. He solved the problem quickly and didn’t even charge us for the service call. We have been customers of Bakers for over 8 years. Kahanu with Bakers is top notch in my opinion. I sent him a message and he got back to me fairly quickly. He sent me his number and we texted about my problem. He told me exactly what I needed to know and knew what the problem was. Unfortunately I was not able to do business with him because I was able to get it done under warranty. But I would highly recommend him and use him in the future for any air/heating needs.
