Very bad service will never use again . Paid 230 for them to make me a new key for my car after i was told it would be 180. Didn’t ask any questions because they had to get the code to make the key. Then i drove it across town parked it. And when i came back to my car it wouldn’t work. So i called a mobile Machanic to make sure it wasn’t my car. And it was the key. Called this company that i just paid 230 to come help me. And not only would they not come out to help me because they where closed but if they did come the next day i would have to pay another 85 dollars. Very disappointed and will never use again . And everyone i know will know about this. Yes nice try. I called a mobile Machanic to come check out my battery and everything else and it all checked out . It’s the key so like i said you lost a customer and lots more . I work all over Bakersfield.

Lost the key to my lock and contacted Bakersfield locksmith. Expected to wait hours or get scheduled the next day. They informed me that a serviceman could be there within 45 minutes. The serviceman showed within 20 minutes of the phone conversation and completed the job within 5 minutes! Absolutely blown away by response and completion. Respectful and courteous. Great job!

Lost my “smart key” to my 05 Lexus, they didn’t have it in stock so they overnighted the new “smart key” (at a charge of course.) Upon arrival he programmed the new “smart key” and cut it and was in and out in about 35mins. Pricing is fair, and their communication was great from the get go.

We chose this locksmith because of the good reviews and 30 minute response time. 2 hours , 2 calls and 4 texts later no call back. Finally reached a person and they're booked up until 4 PM. We called before 8am.

Wow! You sure answered that fast. I left ,2 different phone numbers. You have more than 1 number, a text at least would have been great. We went out of our way to make it easy for you. Nice response. Yeah, that deserves one star. We won't have any problem finding assistance for the Airstream smart guy.
A call back was all I needed, there was a hour and a half from the first call to the next.

I was calling a few different places to see who had fair pricing for their keys. I was in need of a car key and by far theirs were the best price. When I called, they were unable to answer, but immediately had their text messaging system take care of my questions! The service was great and their employee Vinny was awesome! Would highly recommend their services.

So very pleased called around 10:00 I made appointment for 1:00 same day said they would call me 20 min before they arrived they did the locks where done right away great work great guy his name was Vinney that did the work very polite always smiling a wonderful experience would use them again if I need them call them you won't be making a mistake!!! Great people to deal with very pleased!!!

They actually answer texts and are pretty good with helping. If only their pricing wasnt an arm and a leg, i went to them to avoid a 400$ bill at the dealership. Turns out they quoted me 380.

Excellent and fast service as well as a fair price. Lost the keys to our van called them and they were at our house and done with a new key programed and ready to go in less than an hour from the time I called till they were done and gone. Definitely recommend.
