Had to replace a main sewer line which was made more difficult due to an old water line too close to sewer line. Also had to remove part of a concrete patio. They did everything with great care & even had a backup plan in case waterline broke. All went smoothly & they even patched the concrete & removed something for me that was in their way. Very professional & very well done! This involved dealing with 3 backyards of a triplex!

Snaked line went in only 5 feet at clean out. Getting an invoice is like pulling teeth, that's why I changed from 4 stars to 2.

They were able to come out right away for My main water leak from the main shut up valve thinking a plumber should do it rather than sprinkler people even though it’s underground in my front yard the young man has a young family. He was very professional had all the right equipment he understood my situation And let me take photos of the situation and I asked him for a quote. He stayed long enough for the water company to come back and work with them. Their response was a quickest I would’ve ever thought for plumber and plumbing, especially for yard. They were prepared for any type of metal and PVC piping issues. Bless the gentleman who came out and Roto-Rooter company themselves.

My Husband and I are very happy with the work on our kitchen pipes. They were able to get our sink pipe unplugged. So far so good!!
The employees were extremely nice and professional. The price was expensive, but they had to use the snake and had to go almost out to the street which was very far. They cleaned everything up, so the price was worth it.
