I just want to tell you that the service call is reasonable and the servuce is exceptional. Ruben was my technician and knew his product well. He was willing to share and inform me of the process. I will make sure to call them again. Price was resonabke overall, and welcome change!!

My refrigerator broke so I called them for help. I was surprised that they arrived very quickly and I was very pleased with how well they explained what was wrong and fixed it. The workers were very friendly and they knew what they were doing. Repair was not expensive and they did a great job.Thank you.

Hello everyone,

My family's gas dryer broke on Saturday, the drum wouldn't turn and the unit made a horrendous grinding sound. I started calling Appliance Service Companies.... many couldn't schedule technician to trouble-shooting visit us for less than 7 to 10 days!!

Thank goodness for Banning Family Appliance Repair! 🙂 Fortunately, they were able to come out the same day I called. Ruben, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and quick to repair our problem (a comb slipped behind the drum).

I called and asked "do you service my area" first. They replied with "yes". We made the appointment with them and they never came. When we called to find out why they replied with "you're too far away and we don't know that brand". Meaning they lied the previous day about servicing our area. Don't use them!!!
REPLY EDIT 9/9/21: It doesn't matter if you "remember" the call or not. It wasn't a "competitor" it WAS YOU and your operator or whoever said "we do service your area." That was the VERY first question I asked. Don't use that lame excuse since I saw you use it on your other responses.
