Barsottis team did an incredible job. The car looked brand new like I got from the dealership.

The people are unbelievable --super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've had my car there for two occasions, and each time they over-delivered. Need to call out a few people too:
Vanessa - absolutely the best. At every turn she was there to explain every detail and make sure the insurance company was in the loop on everything.
Oteon - went above and beyond to make sure my rims (and tires) met my satisfaction. Amazing work, incredibly knowledgeable.
Nick - totally unexpectedly helped me when I came to pick up my car (wasn't even my assigned person). Thank you!

I recently used Barsotti’s to repair damage to my Porsche 911. The repair itself was time consuming and took a couple of months to complete. I want to give a huge shout out to Vanessa who kept me informed every step of the way. Without her continuous updates the timeframe would have been daunting at best. Vanessa is a rock star. She is an asset to Barsotti’s. She was steadfast and consistent on sending e- mails every week and was always available to take my calls and answer all my questions. Thank you Vanessa. The repair turned out amazing considering the length of time it took to finish. I would highly recommend Barsotti’s. They were thorough and their attention to detail was flawless. The service provided was top notch and I will be a returning customer for any future auto body work.

I was excited to take my car here. When i picked it up everything looked great. They failed tovtell me they had not replaced one part but Amber the general manager quickly offered to have them resolve this issue. Unfortunately they also failed to inspect the wipers which they did not put right because they werent covering the full area when used like the used to.

For my luck, I have another claim and I would love to bring it back here to give them another chance only because of the managers initial response to my issue. I left a message for the manager last week and again today. I will update when here back. Really hoping I can give them a 5 this time. 🤞

I rarely post reviews online but my experience here warranted a shout out to these guys. Had my vehicle repaired here and they were great. Staff was very courteous and quick to address issues or answer questions. The pricing was also more than reasonable. I've had multiple experiences with various autonomy shops through the years most good, some not so good but these guys were really top notch. Great experience!

Asked for a quote to repair this small dent on the passenger side door. Advised to send photos and they will provide an estimate by email. After several days got back a quote for almost $3k - listing fenders, headlamps, bumpers, etc that needed to be replaced as well as the repair to the door. I clarified we are only seeking a repair on this door - nowhere else, and she held firm on her estimate. When I asked for the clarification from Denix, she simply told me that her quotes are thorough and its not her problem if I don’t understand them. Very disappointing customer service and we will be going elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Barsotti for a re-clear coating job on my Porsche's carbon fiber wing, and I have to say, the service was exceptional. The technician, Manny, who is a carbon fiber expert, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Manny took the time to examine my wing thoroughly before I even dropped it off, demonstrating his keen eye for detail. He kept me updated throughout the process and even sent me pictures when the job was completed. The wing looks fantastic with its new matte finish.

The quality of the work is very good. Sure, I could have gone to a cheaper place, but this is the second time I’ve used Barsotti, and the quality has always been perfect. What truly sets Barsotti apart is the direct communication with the technician working on your car. Manny's dedication and attention to detail are impressive, and it's clear he's an excellent employee. I can only wish to have an employee like Manny on my team 😂😂.
